Nina is a superstar!! My fiance and I are closing on a townhouse in Chicago this month. After a tough couple weeks just independently searching through rental units, a friend who had just worked with Nina to buy a home last year referred us to her to explore buying a home. We were hesitant because of the market, the short timeline we had and from various horror stories I had heard from friends about working with realtors in Chicago.
However, Nina made the entire process as smooth as possible without us ever feeling pressured to make a decision. She helped us curate our search and schedule showings for both rentals and buying options as we were exploring both initially. Nina was always available whenever we needed her - including rearranging her personal plans late on a Friday as we finalized our offer to buy our home! :) Working with Nina, we felt like we had a leg up on other buyers in this crazy market and we were often some of the first people to see new listings.
